Copy a Grid Row

You can copy and modify an existing record on a grid to create a new record.

To copy a grid row:

1. Open a record.
2. Click the tab and then the grid row that you want to copy.
3. Mouse over the right end of the grid row so the Grid Options icon displays. Select Copy. A copy of the selected grid row displays on the row beneath the original. Modify this record's information and save to create a new record.
