Follow Deltek specifications for preparing a file containing labor budgets.

LaborCode varchar Required. The labor code for which you are entering budget information. This code must be a valid labor code in Deltek.
ReportedPctComplete decimal Optional. The job-to-date percent complete for this labor code
BudgetedCostRate decimal Optional. The budgeted amount per hour for labor charged to this labor code.
Hours decimal Optional. The total number of hours budgeted for this labor code.
CostAmount decimal Optional. The total amount budgeted for this labor code.
BillingAmount decimal Optional. The total amount budgeted to be billed for this labor code.
StartDate datetime Optional. The planned start date for work performed under this labor code.
EndDate datetime Optional. The planned end date for work performed under this labor code.
EstimateToCompleteHours decimal Optional. The estimated number of hours remaining to be worked under this labor code.
EstimateToCompleteAmount decimal Optional. The estimated amount of money remaining to be spent under this labor code.
EstimateAtCompleteHours decimal Optional. The estimated total number of hours that will have been worked at the completion of the project for this labor code: Actual hours + Estimate to complete hours.
EstimateAtCompleteAmount decimal Optional. The estimated total monetary amount that will have been expended at the completion of the project for this labor code.
EstimateToCompleteBillingAmount decimal Optional. The estimated additional monetary amount for labor that is required to complete the work, calculated at billing rates.
EstimateAtCompleteBillingAmount decimal Optional. The estimated total monetary amount that will have been spent for labor at the completion of the project, calculated at billing rates.
