Display the Calendar Sharing Dialog Box

You display the Calendar Sharing dialog box from the Calendar.

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Calendar.
  2. Click next to Calendars.
  3. Select one of these tab options:
    • Share My Calendar: You can share your calendar to other employees so they can view your tasks and activities.
    • Shared With Me: Tasks and events of another employee can appear on your calendar if the employee shares the calendar with you. You can view a list of employees who shared their calendars with you or you can remove your access to their calendars.
