Delete a Set of Saved Options

If your security role gives you the required access, you can delete a set of saved options.

To delete a set of saved report options:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report.
  2. Select the report for which you want to delete a set of saved options.
  3. Click the Options column and click .
  4. Click next to Options on the Options dialog box, and then click the folder in which the option set is located.
  5. Right-click the name of the option set, and click Delete on the shortcut menu.
  6. In response to the confirmation prompt, click Yes to delete the saved set.
Alternative procedure: To delete an option set in the same way in the Organize Options dialog box, click next to Folder Name.
