Schedule a Follow-up Activity

You can schedule follow-up activities for any existing activity via the Activities tab on many of the hubs. For example, you can schedule a follow-up phone call with a potential client.

To schedule a follow-up activity:

  1. On the Navigation menu, go to the Hubs section and select one of the Hubs.
  2. Click the Activities tab.
  3. On the Activities grid, click at the end of the activity's record row for which you want to schedule a follow-up activity.
  4. Click the Copy option to create a follow-up activity that copies field information from the original activity. The Activity dialog box opens. Deltek adds a Follow-up prefix (for example, Follow-up: Report Client Audit) to the name of the copied activity.
  5. On the Activity dialog box, you can update the field information for the follow-up activity, such as the activity's date and time(s), type, recurrence, location, and other details as needed.
  6. Click Save. Deltek inserts the follow-up activity details in the Activities grid.
