Use Lead Qualification Process

Select this option to enable lead qualification process in the Contacts hub. This allows you to:
- Enter a lead as a contact record.
- Determine the lead's level of interest in doing business with your firm.
- Qualify the contact and build a relationship because the contact meet's your firm's requirements and is interested in doing business with your firm.
- Create an opportunity or firm record if a qualified contact has an upcoming project for which they are accepting bids. This allows you to begin tracking related activities and status.
- Associate a marketing campaign to contacts, opportunities, and firms.
