Revenue Groups Table List Dialog Box

Use the Revenue Groups Table List dialog box to choose options for the Revenue Groups Table List report before you generate it.

Location

To open this dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Accounting > Revenue > Revenue Groups.
  2. On the Revenue Groups form, select a revenue group.
  3. Click Print on the Revenue Groups form toolbar, and then select one of the following options on the drop-down list:
    • Print Current Revenue Group

    • Print Active Group

    • Select Revenue Group to Print (This displays after you select the revenue groups to include in the report.)

Field Description
General Tab This tab contains the Report Name field. It prefills with Revenue Groups Table List, which you can modify if you want a different name to display as the report name.
Layout Tab Use the Layout tab to set the font, margins, orientation, page size, and other formatting options for the report.
Options Click next to the Options field to display the folders of saved options that are available to you. Click the set of saved options that you want to apply to the report.
Organize

Click this button to display the Organize Options dialog box. Use this dialog box to save the current options settings as a saved option set.

The procedure that you use depends on the setting in Favorites Organizing on the Roles form ( Configuration > Security > Roles) for your role.

Default Click this button to reset all options to your default settings for the report.
Help Click this button to display the help topic for the Revenue Groups Table List dialog box.
Apply Click this button to apply the report options that you selected on the General and Layout tabs, and close the dialog box.
Cancel Click this button to close the Revenue Groups Table List dialog box and discard any modifications that you made to the options.
