Use the Create Contracts from Fees utility to create contracts based on the existing fee amounts for multiple projects at one time.

The availability of the Create Contracts from Fees utility is not dependent on a specific configuration setting. You can run this utility whether or not you synchronize contracts to fees, and whether or not you enter fees at the lowest level. As long as you have security role access to this utility, it is available.
