The Excel PivotTable Field List displays automatically on the right side of a worksheet after you connect to a Vision data cube and open an Excel worksheet. If you close the list or it disappears, you can redisplay it.
To redisplay the PivotTable Field List, complete the following step:
Select one of the following actions:
- If you have no fields displayed in the report layout area and you see the PivotTable box that says "To build a report, choose fields from the PivotTable Field List," click anywhere in the box. The PivotTable Field List should reappear.
- If you have added fields to the pivot table report, click any cell that contains a field. The PivotTable Field List should reappear. Or, right-click a PivotTable report cell, and from the shortcut menu, select
Show Field List. You can also click the Options tab, and from the Show/Hide group, click
Field List.
