Lead Info Center Form

Use the Lead Info Center form to enter and review information about your firm's leads, link related files and Info Center records to lead records, schedule and track lead activities, and track campaign financial performance against budget.

Toolbar of Lead Info Center
Use the toolbar options to work with lead records.
General Tab of Lead Info Center
Use the General tab to enter, modify, or review a lead's name and address information, email address, important notes, and associated client name.
Marketing Campaigns Tab of Lead Info Center
Use the Marketing Campaigns tab to associate one or more marketing campaigns with a lead. To associate a marketing campaign record with a lead record, add it to the Marketing Campaigns grid. Both records reflect the association.
Activities Tab of Lead Info Center
Use the Activities tab to schedule lead activities directly from individual lead records.
Files Tab of Lead Info Center
Use the Files tab to link one or more external text files, graphics files, or email messages to a lead record. When you add a file to the Files grid, Vision creates a hyperlink between the file path specified in the File Path field on the grid and the file. Click the file path to open the file from the current record.
Documents Tab of Lead Info Center
Use the Documents tab to associate a document with a lead record. You can check out a document for exclusive access, edit it, then check it back in to make it available to other users. You can also view the document's version history.
