EX Paid Update Utility

The EX Paid Update utility updates the Employee Expenses (EX) table by recalculating the most recent period when each employee expense voucher was paid in full.

When you run the Employee Expenses payment process, Vision compares this information to the current period to determine which vouchers are still outstanding.
