After you select one or more projects for review, you can update overall percent complete numbers for the project(s) selected. Select one of two settings:

Vision displays the Update Overall Percent Completes dialog box. Use this dialog box to review project budgeted and spent amounts, at cost or billing. The dialog box displays percent complete data for the lowest level of work breakdown structure defined for the project. You can update overall, labor, and expense percent completes. For regular projects, you can also update compensation, fee, and reimbursable allowance.
This option is convenient when you need to update multiple projects and their work breakdown structure levels. Because the dialog box shows only the overall, labor, and expense percent complete fields, it is unsuitable for projects with budgets that you need to track on the detail grids in the Project Budget Worksheet.
Note: The
Update % toolbar button is disabled if the
Budget Source is set to
Planning. Change the
Budget Source to
Budget Worksheet to activate this button.
If your firm uses the Multicurrency feature, currency columns on the dialog box are based on billing currency if the
Report amounts in billing currency, rather than project currency option is selected in Accounting Configuration. Otherwise, currency columns are based on project currency.
