Contact Examples- Opportunity Info Center

You can associate contact records with opportunity records.

Example One

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and add Laura Mann to the Contacts grid:

• Laura Mann — and related contact information — displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Laura Mann's contact record.

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and remove Laura Mann from the Contacts grid:

• Laura Mann — and related contact information — no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Laura Mann's client record.

Example Two

If you open the contact record for Laura Mann and add Student Activity Center to the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Laura Mann's contact record.

• Laura Mann — and related contact information — displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

If you open the contact record for Laura Mann and remove Student Activity Center from the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Laura Mann's contact record.

• Laura Mann — and related contact information — no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.
