Add a Web Outlook Dashpart
You can create a Web dashpart that displays information from Microsoft Outlook.
Prerequisites: If you want to view the folders of another user, you must make sure that network sharing is enabled.
To create a Web Outlook dashpart, complete the following steps:
- Click Dashboard at the top of the screen.
- On the toolbar, click Configure > Add Web Dashpart.

Enter a name for the dashpart.
The name that you enter is the name that displays when the dashpart is added to the Dashboard.
- In the Address Types field, select Web Outlook.
- In the Server URL field, select a Web Address.
- In the Outlook Folder field, select the Outlook Folder type.

In the
User field, select a user.

If you keep the [USERNAME] default, then you will see the Outlook screen of the person currently logged in.

To specify another user, enter that user's full domain email address.

Use the
Add and
Remove buttons to select the roles that can access this Web dashpart.

If the Web dashpart that you are creating does not have any role security applied to it, select Personal.

For full access to all available roles, select Access to all roles.
