You can schedule follow-up activities on the Activity Manager form. When you create a follow-up activity, it does not replace the existing activity. It adds a related activity to the Activities grid on the form. For example, you can schedule a follow-up phone call with a potential client. - Copy an Activity in the Activity Manager

You can modify any activity for which you are the designated owner. You cannot modify those activities for which you are an attendee, but not the owner. You can open the Activities dialog box to view details for any activity on your calendar. If you are not the activity owner, the Activities dialog box is read-only. - Merge Activity Records
You can create simple data lists that contain information from the activity records in your Vision database. Use the merge function to select activity records and then specify the data that you want to view from the selected records. When you complete the merge, Vision creates a report that shows only the activities and data specified. - Delete an Activity in the Activity Manager
After activities are completed, they remain in your database until you delete them. You can delete only those activities for which you are the designated owner. When you delete an activity from the Activity Manager, the activity is deleted from your database.
