Section G Roles Dialog Box

Use the Section G Roles dialog box to review the Key Personnel Participation in Example Projects and Example Projects matrix of an SF330 proposal.

Be sure to complete the Refresh Matrix procedure for this proposal's Section G matrix before you use the Roles dialog box. The Refresh Matrix process restores all employees that are marked with an asterisk to the matrix, and any changes you made using the Roles dialog box are deleted.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Proposals > SF330 Proposals.
2. On the SF330 Proposals form, click the Section G tab.
3. Click an asterisk to open the dialog box.

Field	Description
Role(s)	The text area shows the employee's role on the project in this column. Review it to decide whether to include it as a "similar role" as defined in the government instructions for the Section G matrix.
Insert X	Click this button to change the asterisk to an X or to put an X in this cell.
Delete	Click this button to delete the asterisk from the cell.
Cancel	Click this button to close the dialog box and make no changes.
