Employee Labor Summary Columns

Use the Columns tab to select or clear columns, change the column sequence, provide new column labels, set column widths, or select number and date formats.

Columns

Column Description
Employee Number This column displays the employee identification number.
Employee Name This column displays the employee's first and last name.
Regular Hours This column displays the number of regular hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report.
Ovt Hours This column displays the number of overtime hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report.
Ovt-2 Hours This column displays the number of special overtime hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report. If you are not using special overtime, the report does not include this column.
Total Hours This column displays the total number of hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report. This value is the sum of regular hours, overtime hours, and special overtime hours.
