Transaction Options Overview

The Labor, Expenses, and Units tabs of the Interactive Billing form list all Vision labor, expense, and unit transactions. Use these tabs to perform billing tasks on transactions. For example, you can view transaction detail, or mark transactions to be billed.

If you selected a project with multiple WBS levels on the Phase/Task lookup, all detail for lower WBS levels display in the grid on the Labor, Expenses, or Units tab.

You can change a billing rate at any time in a billing rate table, in Billing Table Setup. The rate automatically updates in the Rate field in Interactive Billing but not for project reports at billing.
