Company Timesheet Configuration Form
Use the Company Timesheet Configuration form to specify timesheet approval settings, set warning and error levels for hours, create employee groups, and set other company-specific settings.
The name of the active company displays at the top of the Company Timesheet Configuration tabs.
Sorting Information on Grids
You can sort information on some of the grids for this form.
To sort information, click the appropriate column heading in a grid. For example, to sort by labor period start date, click the Start Date column heading in the grid.
You can sort information in ascending or descending order. Click a column heading once to establish a sort order. Click the column heading again to reverse the sort order.

Use the Employee Group tab to add, copy, and delete employee groups and to add or remove employees from employee groups in the active company. - Ratios Tab of Company Timesheet Configuration
Use the Ratios tab to select the timesheet ratios that are available to Timesheet users for the active company. Each of the ratios compares an employee's direct (billable) hours with other types of hours, such as standard hours and benefit hours. - Timesheet Audit Tab of Company Timesheet Configuration
Use the Timesheet Audit tab to configure Vision to create an audit trail when changes are made to employee timesheets. - Miscellaneous Tab of Company Timesheet Configuration
Use the Miscellaneous tab to enter the message that you want to display on the Confirm Electronic Signature dialog box when employees submit their timesheets for processing. These settings apply to the current active company.
