Contact Examples - Client Info Center
You can associate contact records with client records.
Example One
If you open the client record for Columbia University and add David Green to the Contacts grid:

David Green — and related contact information — displays in the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of Columbia University's client record.

Columbia University displays in the Client/Vendor Name field on the General tab of Mark Green's contact record.
If you open the client record for Columbia University and remove David Green from the Contacts grid:

David Green — and related contact information — no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of Columbia University's client record.

Columbia University no longer displays in the Client/Vendor Name field of David Green's contact record.
Example Two
If you open the contact record for David Green and enter Columbia University in the Client/Vendor Name field on the General tab:

Columbia University displays in the Client/Vendor Name field on the General tab of David Green's contact record.

David Green — and related contact information—displays in the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of Columbia University's client record.
If you open the contact record for David Green and remove Columbia University from the Client/Vendor Name field:

Columbia University no longer displays in the Client/Vendor Name field on the General tab of David Green's contact record.
