Undo Posting Utility

Use the Undo Posting utility to reverse ("undo") completed postings.

You cannot unpost a timesheet or labor adjustment run that includes paid hours. If an unposted timesheet includes unit amounts, you must manually delete the unit transaction file.

The Undo Posting utility excludes Accounts Payable Vouchers that are created from purchase orders. This restriction prevents Vision users from accidentally reversing the posting entries.

If you use the Multicompany feature, the available transaction files are those belonging to the active company.

To undo incomplete postings, use the Incomplete Postings utility.
