A Requisitions Rejected alert informs a requester that the requisition has been rejected. You specify who receives the alert, when, and under what conditions.
To set up Requisitions Rejected alerts, complete the following steps:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click

In the
Folders field on the Alerts Configuration form, select
Purchasing.

In the
Alert field, select
Requisitions Rejected.

Select the
Active option to enable the alert throughout Vision; if no rules exist for this alert, the
Active field is disabled.

Click
Options to select an existing alert rule or to create a new rule.
If a rule was already assigned to this alert,
<options selected> displays in this field.

To remove the option for this alert, delete
<options selected>.

Click
Save.
