SF330 Template Editor

Use the SF330 Template Editor to create and maintain SF330 templates.

Vision Proposals is installed with a set of default merge templates for SF330 proposals. Merge templates are Rich Text File (.rtf) pages. Each page corresponds to a page of the SF330, and has merge codes that are each made for a data field on that page. During the merge procedure, each merge code is replaced with data from the Vision database. Each page of the SF330 has a different default merge template.

To make a new template set, you copy the default template set. You give the copy a new name, and change the template pages. You can change the format and layout of the template page. You save the new template set with its new name.
