Use the Key Convert Phases form to change one or more phase numbers throughout
Vision.

To display the form, complete the following step:
From the
Vision Navigation menu, click
Utilities > Key Conversions > Phases.

Field
Description
Combine Existing Phases
Select this option if you want to consolidate existing phases.
Vision allows you to enter an existing
project number in the
New Project field.
If you are using Vision Navigator when you select this option, Vision displays an error message stating that you cannot combine phase information because there is an associated plan in Vision Navigator.
Project
Select the
project number(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Project lookup to select one
project number.
Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Project lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
project numbers.
Phase
Select the phase number(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Phase lookup to select one phase number.
Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Phase lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all phase numbers.
Name
Displays the name of the
project. Click this field to go to the
Project Info Center, where you can modify phase data.
New
Project
Enter an existing
project number if the
Combine Existing Phases option is selected.
Enter a new
project number if the
Combine Existing Phases option is cleared.
