Add FOB Code Dialog Box

Use the FOB Code dialog box to add an FOB code. F.O.B. codes specify the free on board terms for shipping.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. Open a Purchasing or Inventory form.
  2. Click the Shipping tab.
  3. Enter a code in the F.O.B. field.

    If you enter an FOB code that was not defined in the FOB grid in Configuration > Purchasing & Inventory Company Settings > Ship Tab, and the Automatic Add/FOB option is selected at Configuration > Purchasing & Inventory Company Settings > General Tab, Vision displays a prompt that asks if you want to add the code. If you click Yes, the Add FOB Code dialog box displays.
