External Merge Codes for SF254 and SF255 Proposals
The [External:] merge code is the equivalent of the Begin code in the Custom Proposals part of Vision.
-
You use the external merge code only on modified SF254/255 merge templates. It shows that data comes directly from an Info Center and not through a BLOB code.
-
It must be the first merge code at the location where you replace a BLOB code.
-
It is shown only once on a merge template.
-
It must have a separate [End] code, after all substituted merge codes, and before the next BLOB code that is not replaced on that merge template.
