Cash Requirement Dialog Box

In Employee Payment Processing, use this dialog box to review cash requirements before you process advance and expense payments.

Display the Cash Requirement Dialog Box
Display the Cash Requirement dialog box from the Employee Payment Processing form.
By Employee Tab of the Cash Requirement Dialog Box
Use the By Employee tab to display cash requirements by employee. Vision displays the employee ID and name, total unpaid expense reports, applied advances, any new advances to be issued for this run, and a net payment amount included in the payment processing run.
By Bank Tab of the Cash Requirement Dialog Box
Use the By Bank tab of the Cash Requirement dialog box in Employee Payment Processing to display the payment amounts needed for each payment run that you are processing. The amounts are grouped by bank code.
