By Employee Tab of the Cash Requirement Dialog Box

Use the By Employee tab to display cash requirements by employee. Vision displays the employee ID and name, total unpaid expense reports, applied advances, any new advances to be issued for this run, and a net payment amount included in the payment processing run.

Field Description
Cash Requirement by Employee Drop-down Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
  • To print grid data, click Print. When the Print Preview form displays, click File > Print to send the grid data to your default printer.
  • To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
  • To turn on grouping for a grid, click Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into this field, in the sequence that you want them to display.

Not all options are available on all grids.

Employee This field displays the employee's number, from the employee record in the Employee Info Center. Employees who are not receiving advances or reimbursements and who do not have any unpaid expense reports do not display in the list.
Name This field displays the employee's name.
Expense Report This field lists the expense report name.
Applied Advance This field displays the amount, if any, that was already advanced to the employee. This amount matches the amount in the Applied Advance field on the Employee Review tab.
New Advance If there is any more advance amount to be paid to the employee, it displays in this field.
Net Payment This field displays the total amount of the employee advance payment for the employee. This amount matches the amount in the Net Payment field on the Employee Review tab.
Select Click this button to select the row where the row selector is currently placed.
