Labor Period Status

Each labor period is either Open or Closed for processing. The labor period status displays on the Timesheet Selection form and on individual Timesheet forms.

Status	Description
Open	The labor period is open for processing. You can open a timesheet, enter and edit timesheet data, print, submit, or approve a timesheet.
Closed	The labor period is closed for processing. You can open and print a timesheet, but you cannot enter or edit timesheet data, submit, or approve a timesheet.
