Use the Purchase Template Editor form to make purchasing templates.

You display the Purchase Template Editor Form in Purchasing. - Toolbar of Purchase Template Editor
Use the toolbar options to create new templates or modify templates. You can also preview a purchase order or request for price quote that uses a template that you select. - General Tab of Purchase Template Editor

Use the Signature Tab to specify whether or not to print a signature area above the footer on the completed purchasing form. You also specify the dimensions and location of the signature area. - Misc Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Use the Misc tab to enter the firm name, byline, and address to print on purchase orders or requests for price quote that are generated from this purchasing template. You can also specify the unit of measure and page size for purchasing templates.
