Select Price Quote Requests For Approval Dialog Box

The Select Price Quote Requests for Approval dialog box displays all requests for price quote, grouped by status. Use this dialog box to select the requests for price quote to approve.

If you use the Multicompany feature, each request for price quote is owned by a specific company.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, select Purchasing > Request for Price Quote.
2. On the Request for Price Quote toolbar, click Approval.

Field	Description
REQ. No	This column displays the request for price quote's number.
Req. Date	This column displays the request for price quote's Request Date.
Requested By	This column displays the name of the employee who requested the request for price quote.
Status	This column displays the status of the request for price quote.
Closed	This column displays whether the request for price quote is closed.
Currency	This column displays the transaction currency of the request for price quote.
Description	This column displays any Additional Comments or Requests for the request for price quote.
Status	This column displays all status groups for the request for price quote.
Totals	This column displays the total number of requests for price quote for each of the selected status types.
Show Submitted, Approved, and Rejected Price Quote Requests Only	Select this option to show requests for price quote whose status is Submitted, Approved, or Rejected.
Include Closed Price Quote Requests	Select this option to show closed requests for price quote also.
Total	This field displays the sum of all Totals.
Save	Click this option to save your changes.
Refresh Status	Click this option to refresh the data about the status of all records.
Status Report	Click this option to generate the Purchase Requisition Status report.
Print RFQ	Click this option to generate the Request for Price Quote report. To print a specific request for price quote, click the row to select it and then click this option.
