Key Convert Banks Form

Use the Key Convert Banks form to change one or more bank codes throughout Vision.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Banks.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Banks	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing bank codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing bank code in the New Bank field.
Bank	Select the bank code(s) you want to change, by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Bank Code lookup to select one bank code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Bank Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all bank codes.
Name	Displays the name of the bank code. Click this field to go to Bank Code Setup, where you can modify bank code data.
New Bank	Enter a new bank code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Banks option, you can enter an existing bank code.
