Primary Contacts and Clients on a Project
You can use primary contacts and clients in the Project Info Center, to distinguish one contact or client among many.
For example, if your company is working on a project for a client company and you have three different contacts at the client company, you can have three separate contact records in your Contact Info Center. Use the Primary Contact field on the General tab of the Project Info Center form to select one contact record and define that contact as the primary contact for the project. When you enter a contact in this field, the contact's information displays on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Project Info Center form.
Similarly, you can use the Primary Client field on the General tab of the Project Info Center form to select one client record and define that client as the primary client for the project. When you enter a client in this field, the client's information displays on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Project Info Center form.
