Project Template Audit

The Project Template Audit report displays Vision user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on project template records on the Project Templates form (Configuration > General > Project Templates). If a project template record is deleted, the name of the project template is blank wherever that template is listed on the report.

For a comparison of old and new values, listed by column name, generate the Project Template Audit Detail report.

Configuration Setting

This report is only available if your system administrator has enabled auditing for the Project Info Center.

Options Dialog Box

Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
