User-Defined Tabs on the Activities Dialog Box

You or your system administrator can add tabs to the Activities dialog box to track additional activity information. You can add data fields and grids to each tab.

You create user-defined tabs in Configuration > General > User Defined Components. After you add user-defined tabs to the Activities dialog box in Configuration, to modify the tabs from the Activities dialog box itself, click the Designer button on the Activities dialog box. On the Activities - Designer dialog box, you can modify only the fields and grids that are already set up. You must add new fields and grids to existing user-defined tabs in Configuration.
