Send an Email Message to One Person

From the Contact Info Center, Employee Info Center, or Lead Info Center, you can send an email message to a single person.

To send an email message to one person, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, select Info Center and open the info center.
2. Open the record of the person to whom you want to send an email message.
3. Click the email address in the Email field on the General tab. Your email application opens.
4. Compose and send the message.
