Toolbar of the Activity Calendar

Use the Activity Calendar toolbar to set calendar view options, move the calendar to today's date, or print the Activity Calendar report.

Field	Description
View	Your calendar always displays phone calls and meetings. If you also want to see tasks on your calendar, you must select a View option. The option that you select determines the types of tasks that you see on your calendar: Tasks — This displays general tasks on the Activity Calendar. Project Planning Tasks — This displays planning-related tasks on the Activity Calendar. This option displays only if you use the Vision Resource Planning application. Pending Activities Only — This displays only pending tasks and activities on the Activity Calendar. When you select this option, tasks and activities marked "completed" no longer display on the Activity Calendar. Open Calendar — This opens another user's Activity Calendar. When you select this option, Vision opens the Open Calendar dialog box. Share Calendar — This allows you to select users with whom you want to share your Activity Calendar. When you select this option, Vision opens the Share Calendar dialog box. My Calendar — This returns you to your Activity Calendar if you currently have another user's Activity Calendar open. This option is only enabled when you have another user's Activity Calendar open. You can select Tasks only or both Tasks and Project Planning Tasks, but you cannot select Project Planning Tasks alone. The Share Calendar, Open Calendar, and My Calendar options display only if your system administrator selected the Allow users to share their calendar check box on the Miscellaneous tab of General System Settings Configuration.
Print	Click this option to print the Activity Calendar report. If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the Print option is not available. You can preview reports onscreen and then print the reports from the Preview window.
Today	Click this option to move the calendar to today's month, week, or day.
Help	Click this option to view help for the Activity Calendar.
