If your role is configured to use record-level security, certain rules apply to billing groups.
The following only applies if your role is configured with Billing selected under
Apply Project access to on the Record Access tab in
- You can access all projects to which your role has access rights.
- If the
Sub Projects in Billing Groups option is selected, Vision lets you add any project to which you have access as a sub-project in the billing group.
- If the
Sub Projects in Billing Groups option is
not selected, Vision does not check your access rights when adding sub-projects.
- When you attempt to select a main project or add a sub-project to which you lack access, Vision displays a message to indicate that the project does not exist.
