Budgeting Overview

In Vision you can budget labor and expense costs for projects and enter corporate (general ledger) budgets. If you use the Multicompany feature, you can also work with consolidated GL budgets.

General Ledger Budgeting Overview
A general ledger budget is a plan for the revenue and expense accounts in your general ledger, typically used to maintain control over costs. You can enter general ledger budgets on a firm-wide basis or by organization.
Consolidated General Ledger Budgeting Overview
If your firms uses the Multicompany feature, you can use the Consolidated G/L Budgeting form to create consolidated general ledger budgets. You work with consolidated general ledger budgets much as you do with standard general ledger budgets.
