Use the Configuration Audit Purge utility to remove data from configuration log records. The purged areas are Roles, Users, Screen Designer Security, and Exchange Rates.

You enable the audit trail feature on the Audit Trail tab of the General System Settings form.
Only those users with appropriate access rights in
will be able to access the utility.

You can purge configuration audit data as needed, or you can set up a recurring job to purge audit data.

You can select one or more of the individual audit areas to purge at the same time, or you can use the
All Applications option to purge all four applications at the same time for the selected date range.

Before you permanently remove audit data, a warning message displays. You must review and confirm before you delete the audit data.

A completion message displays at the end of the purge process that lists the record count.
