Use the Sorting/Grouping tab on the Options dialog box for a report to specify how you want the report data sorted and grouped. - Find a Group
To find a particular sorting and grouping criterion in the list on the Sorting/Grouping tab, use the Find and Find Next grid options. - Change the Sort Order
Vision applies sorting and grouping criteria in the order that they are listed on the Sorting/Grouping tab of the Options dialog box. Vision first sorts by the first selected criterion in the list, then by the second, and so on. To change that order, move criteria up or down in the list. - Select Colors and Lines for Sort Bands
Many Vision reports provide options for sorting and grouping data. For those reports, you control the colors used to represent sort bands and the lines separating sort groups. These features make the reports easier to review.
