Use the Activity Calendar form to set up daily, weekly, or monthly activities. Each Activity Calendar tab displays the time and length of your scheduled activities to make it easy for you to review your schedule for a given month, week, or day. The Activity Calendar displays activities for which you are the designated owner and activities for which you are an attendee. - Activities Dialog Box
Use the Activities dialog box to schedule activities, add attendees, associate contacts and leads with activities, and perform other activity-related tasks. You can use the Screen Designer to revise the layout and behavior of the tabs on the Activities dialog box. - Open Calendar Dialog Box
