Add New Accounts Receivable Comments
You can add comments for an invoice.
To add one or more comments for an invoice, complete the following steps:
- On the Invoice Review form, select a client record.
- If your firm has more than one project for the client, select a project on the Aged Accounts Receivable grid.
- On the Aged Accounts Receivable grid, click Comments.

In the
Invoice field in the grid on the A/R Comments dialog box, select an invoice.
- If no comments exist for any invoice for this project, Vision opens a new row in the grid on the dialog box.
- If comments exist for any invoice for this project, Vision lists them in the grid. Click Insert to open a new row.
- In the Comment box in the Comment Entry section, enter text. If you need to change the text formatting, click to display the Text Editor.
- Enter comments for another invoice in the same project.
- Optional. Enter comments for invoices in a different project.
- Click OK.
