Add a Client Association to the Associations Grid

When you add a client association to a client record, the association information displays in the Associations grid for both client records.

You define client relationship options in Code Table Configuration.

To add a client association to the Associations grid, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Info Center > Clients.
  2. On the Client Info Center form, select a client record.
  3. On the Associations grid of the Associations tab, click Associate.
  4. On the Client Lookup, select the client that you want to insert on the Associations grid.
  5. On the Associate a Client dialog box, define the relationship between the two clients.
  6. Click OK.

    Vision closes the Associate a Client dialog box and adds the client association information to the Associations grid.

  7. Click Save.
