Contact Reports Overview
Use the contact reports to review information for the contacts in the Contact Info Center.

- Contact Audit
The Contact Audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Contact Info Center. If a contact record is deleted, the name of the contact is blank wherever that contact is listed on the report. - Contact Audit Detail
The Contact Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Contact Info Center. If a contact record is deleted, the name of the contact is blank wherever that contact is listed in the report. - Contact List
The Contact List provides a listing of your contacts from the Contact Info Center. In addition, you can select other columns for the report to add a variety of other contact information. - Contact Mailing Labels
You can print contact mailing labels on a selection of standard Avery labels. You can also print mailing labels on labels that require other formatting. - Contact Summary
The Contact Summary report shows all information entered in the Contact Info Center, including user-defined fields. The information is grouped into default sections, but you can also create user-defined sections.
