You can combine two or more GL budgets into one consolidated budget. If you have the same account specified in more than one budget, Vision combines the amounts into one line.
If you use the Multicurrency feature, you can consolidate only those budgets that share the same functional currency.
Prerequisite:
Open a General Ledger budget.
To create a consolidated budget, complete the following steps:

On the General Ledger Budgeting form, click the Summarized tab.
All accounts from the selected budgets display on the Summarized tab.

In the
Budgets to Consolidate column, select the budgets that you want to consolidate.
- To select multiple sequential budgets, press SHIFT while you click the first and last budgets in the range.
- To select multiple non-sequential budgets, press CTRL while you click the budgets to include.
The budget grid updates to reflect the addition of the new budget.
