Key Convert `Projects` Form

Use the Key Convert Projects form to change one or more project numbers throughout Vision.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Projects.

Field	Description
Combine Existing `Projects`	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing `projects`. `Vision` allows you to enter an existing `project` number in the New Project field. If you are using Vision Navigator when you select this option, Vision displays an error message stating that you cannot combine project information because there is an associated plan in Vision Navigator.
`Project`	Select the `project` number(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the `Project` lookup to select one `project` number. Click Lookup/Insert to display the `Project` lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all `project` numbers.
Name	Displays the name of the `project`. Click this field to go to the `Project` Info Center, where you can modify `project` data.
New `Project`	Enter an existing `project` number if the Combine Existing Projects option is selected. Enter a new `project` number if the Combine Existing Projects option is cleared.
