Cash Flow Statement

The Cash Flow Statement focuses on liquidity. It records your company's cash transactions (inflow and outflow) for the accounting period range or year that you specify. The Cash Flow Statement meets GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) guidelines.

Setting Up the Cash Flow Statement

Before you can generate the Cash Flow Statement, you must establish section headings, define subsections, and map accounts to subsections in Configuration.

Multicompany

If you are using the Multicompany feature, this report only shows data for the active company.

Multicurrency

If you are using the Multicurrency feature, this report shows amounts in the functional currency of the active company.

Options Dialog Box

Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
