Key Convert Tasks Form

Use the Key Convert Tasks form of Key Conversions to change one or more task numbers throughout Vision.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Tasks.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Tasks	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing tasks. Vision allows you to enter an existing project number in the New Project field. If you are using Vision Navigator when you select this option, Vision displays an error message stating that you cannot combine task information because there is an associated plan in Vision Navigator.
Project	Select the project number that you want to change.
Phase	Select the phase that you want to change.
Task	Select the task that you want to change.
Name	Displays the name of the project. Click this field to go to the Project Info Center, where you can modify project data.
New Project	Enter an existing project number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is selected. Enter a new project number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is cleared.
Phase	Select the new phase.
Task	Select the new task.
