Project Audit Detail Columns

The Project Audit Detail report contains a standard set of columns. You do not have the option to select columns for this report.

Columns

Column Description

Column Name

This column displays the name of the record column that was modified.

Above the column name, the report displays the work breakdown structure level at which the change was made. For example, if the change occurred at the task level, the report shows project number, phase number, and task number. It also displays the date and time of the change and the Vision user ID of the person who made the change.

Old Value

In most cases, this column displays the column's previous value. For an image or text column (such as Memo fields), this column displays [image] or [text], not the actual previous value.

New Value

In most cases, this column displays the column's new value. For an image or text column (such as Memo fields), this column displays [image] or [text], not the actual new value.

Operation

This column displays the operation performed on the record: insert, delete, or update.
Application This column displays the name of the Vision application where the modification was made.
